The role requires handling confidential information, coordinating with HR, and managing shifting schedules (Mon–Fri).

A strong focus on accuracy and timely claims processing is essential. Experience with Medicare Part A billing is required; Medhost is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in Medicare Part A billing.
• Medhost experience is a plus but not required.
• Must have strong accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle confidential information.
• Willing to work in shifting schedules (Mondays to Fridays).
• Has reliable internet at home.
• Able to Work From Home.

Responsibilities

• Organize workflow and ensure team understands duties or delegated tasks.
• Monitor productivity and provide constructive feedback and coaching.
• Receive complaints and resolve problems from clients.
• Coordinate with HR for disciplinary actions and ensure adherence to company policies.
• Organizes and oversees team schedules and workload.
• Conduct performance evaluations and monitor trackers and quota reports.
• Ensure timely submission of claims.
• Formulate strategies to mitigate claim denials.
• Learn and implement specialty, state, and carrier specific billing requirements.
