Job summary

Vector Outsourcing Solutions Philippines is seeking a medical billing professional to lead a designated team from home. You will ensure accurate submissions and timely deliverables while coaching and developing subordinates toward company goals.

The role requires 2–3 years in medical billing with US accounts, strong knowledge of claims processing, and能力 to address denials. A supportive remote setup and training are provided.

Qualifications

• Graduate of allied medical course preferred but not required
• 2–3 years of medical billing experience, preferably US healthcare accounts
• Leadership or supervisory experience in a medical billing team preferred
• Strong knowledge of medical insurance claims processing, submissions, denials and appeals
• Experience analyzing and resolving denials and implementing mitigation strategies
• Strong coaching, mentoring and team management skills
• Ability to monitor team performance and ensure timely, accurate deliverables
• Strong organizational, problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Able to work from home with reliable internet and backup connection

Responsibilities

• Learn new client systems and transfer knowledge to subordinates.
• Lead designated team with accurate and timely deliverables.
• Coach subordinates and develop their skills.
• Assist supervisors and managers in directing the team toward company goals.
• Ensure compliance with company guidelines and procedures.
• Address conflicts within the team.
• Create accurate medical insurance claims and ensure timely submission.
• Rectify claim denials with resubmission or appeals.
• Formulate strategies to mitigate claim denials.
• Learn and implement specialty, state, carrier-specific billing requirements.
