Vector Outsourcing Solutions Philippines is seeking a Medical Billing Team Lead in the Philippines. You will lead a designated team, ensure accurate and timely submission of medical claims, and coach subordinates to develop their skills.

The role supports supervisors and managers to align with company goals while ensuring guideline compliance. You will handle denials, appeals, and strategies to mitigate issues, with emphasis on US healthcare accounts.

Qualificações

• 2–3 years of experience in medical billing, preferably with US healthcare accounts.
• Leadership or supervisory experience in a medical billing team is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of medical insurance claims processing, submissions, denials and appeals.
• Experience in analyzing and resolving claim denials and implementing mitigation strategies.
• Strong coaching, mentoring, and team management skills.
• Ability to monitor team performance and ensure timely and accurate submissions.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Able to work from home with reliable internet and backup connection.
