Allara seeks a Remote Contract Medical Biller to support our fast-paced billing department. You will manage the full revenue cycle from patient registration through claims resolution in a fully remote setting outside the US.

The ideal candidate works independently, analyzes payer policies, and communicates clearly with patients. Compensation is $8–$10 per hour as a 1099 contractor, with flexible hours.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of end-to-end medical billing experience.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Google Sheets or Excel for data tracking.
• Experience working in a remote team environment.
• Strong commitment to KPIs and performance metrics.

Responsabilités

• Manage the full revenue cycle from patient registration through claims resolution.
• Submit and track medical claims to multiple payers.
• Perform A/R follow-up and resolve denied or underpaid claims.
• Communicate billing inquiries clearly with patients and explain benefits.
• Collaborate with clinical and operations teams to ensure accurate billing info.
• Maintain data in practice management and EHR systems.
• Support special projects to optimize billing processes.
• Maintain HIPAA confidentiality and stay updated on regulations.
