• Previous EMR/EHR system experience.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Independent worker with minimal supervision.
• Willingness to learn Prognosis EMR quickly.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile billing information, co-payments, and supporting records.
• Review billing data for accuracy and coordinate corrections.
• Update and manage Prognosis EMR and related data.
• Schedule appointments and send reminders to patients.
