Job summary

Responsibilities

• Process and submit electronic insurance claims accurately and on time.
• Manage ERA processing and payment reconciliation.
• Verify patient insurance eligibility, benefits, copays, deductibles, and coverage details.
• Investigate, resolve, and follow up on denied, rejected, or unpaid claims.
• Monitor accounts receivable and generate aging reports.
• Coordinate with providers, staff, clients, and insurance representatives regarding billing concerns and claim issues.
• Establish and manage payment arrangements for outstanding balances.
• Assist with provider credentialing, CAQH maintenance, and payer directory updates as needed.

About the role

In this role, you will be responsible for managing healthcare billing operations, processing insurance claims, reconciling payments, and supporting revenue cycle activities to ensure accurate and timely collections.

Key responsibilities

• Process and submit electronic insurance claims accurately and on time.
• Manage Electronic Remittance Advice (ERA) processing and payment reconciliation.
• Verify patient insurance eligibility, benefits, copays, deductibles, and coverage details.
• Investigate, resolve, and follow up on denied, rejected, or unpaid claims.
