HireKayana is seeking a Mechanical Design Engineer to join our US-based client’s team remotely from the Philippines. You’ll design 3D CAD models and drawings in Autodesk Inventor for custom equipment, starting with assigned parts and advancing to larger assemblies, following SOPs and using Inventor Vault.

You must communicate clearly in a remote, team-based environment via Teams and SharePoint, embrace questions, and complete CAD training.

Qualificações

• Strong, current experience in 3D CAD design and drafting for mechanical or custom-engineered equipment.
• Clear written and spoken communication, and honest about your skills and your limits.
• Experience working remotely in a team that communicates through Microsoft Teams and SharePoint.

Responsabilidades

• Create 3D models and drawings in Autodesk Inventor for custom equipment, starting with assigned drawings and moving to larger assemblies over time.
• Own a defined portion of a larger design while other engineers work on the rest of the same project.
• Follow drawing SOPs exactly—correct view placement, dimensioning, and item descriptions—so drawings are right the first time and don't need rework.
• Set and maintain Inventor iProperties correctly, since they drive how drawings interact with company systems.
• Manage drawings and files in Autodesk Vault (training provided if you're not yet familiar with it).
