Job summary

Filta is seeking a CAD Drafter in the Philippines to produce high-quality 2D layouts and 3D models (AutoCAD MEP, SolidWorks, Inventor) for manufacturing and sales. You will perform ductwork sizing, BOM creation, and collaborate with international teams to refine designs.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 01:00 PM to 10:00 PM PHT. The role supports remote work, with a focus on precision, proactive problem-solving, and continuous learning.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of drafting ductwork or HVAC layouts.
• Proficient in AutoCAD MEP; 3D tools such as SolidWorks or Inventor.
• Experience creating Bills of Materials (BOM) and shop drawings.
• Excellent English communication; able to work remotely.

Responsibilities

• Create precise 2D drawings and 3D models for manufacturing and sales.
• Perform ductwork sizing calculations and airflow assessments.
• Develop Bills of Materials and material lists for production and supply chain.
• Modify existing CAD files and generate new drafts from concepts with QC.
• Collaborate with internal and international teams to refine designs.
