Job summary

BEL USA is seeking a Business Analyst for Marketplaces (Remote) to lead data-driven strategy and optimization across major marketplaces. The role entails owning performance analysis, identifying growth opportunities, and supporting pricing, promotions, and inventory planning for marketplaces like Amazon, Walmart, and TEMU.

You will build dashboards, generate KPI reports, and collaborate with Merchandising, Supply Chain, and Brand teams to align launches and campaigns.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business analytics, marketing, economics, data science, or related field.
2+ years of analytical experience in ecommerce or marketplace environments.
Strong proficiency in data analysis and visualization (Excel, SQL, BI tools).
Experience with Amazon Seller/Vendor Central, Walmart Marketplace, and TEMU Seller tools.
Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

Own analysis and reporting for marketplace performance (Amazon, Walmart, TEMU).
Identify opportunities to grow sales, increase visibility, and optimize product assortment.
Support pricing, promotions, advertising strategies, and inventory planning in marketplace channels.
Build and maintain dashboards and KPI reports for metrics like sales, traffic, conversions, ad spend ROI, buy box %, and customer behavior.
Collaborate with Merchandising, Supply Chain, and Brand teams to align marketplace launches and campaigns.
Analyze marketplace trends and competitive performance to inform strategic decisions.
Implement A/B tests to optimize product content, pricing, and promotions.
Ensure product listings are fully optimized with high-quality content, keywords, and compliance with marketplace policies.
