Job summary

DCX Academy seeks a Marketing Trainee to support promotional product clients with data-driven strategies and digital content creation. You will collaborate on email campaigns, social posts, and sales materials, while coordinating orders and samples for timely delivery.

The role requires a marketing/communications background, 1–2 years in BPO, and strong English communication. Training is provided with a view to growth within the DCX team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business Administration or related field.
• 1–2 years of BPO experience across various industries is preferred.
• Strong English verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to work overnight/US hours CST as required.
• Proficient with Microsoft and Google applications; basic Adobe tools are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyzes the customer’s demographics and helps shape marketing strategies.
• Creates digital assets, including emails, social media content, and portal content.
• Prepares sales presentations and compiles data in presentation format.
• Checks inventory and coordinates sample orders with suppliers.
• Provides administrative and project support for marketing projects.
