20four7VA is seeking an offshore Marketing Assistant to support reporting, analytics, and documentation for clients worldwide. The role emphasizes data accuracy, organization, and clear communication across English channels.

You will maintain dashboards, assist with lead and campaign insights, collaborate with marketing teams, and help document issues and resolutions. This is a contract-based, remote position with flexible hours.

Qualifications

• Experience working with marketing data, reporting, or analytics.
• High proficiency with spreadsheets (Excel or Google Sheets), including formulas, organization, and data validation.
• Fluent in English, with clear, professional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with excellent project and time management skills.
• Experience working with multiple business stakeholders.
• Great problem-solving skills with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update recurring reporting dashboards and spreadsheets to support marketing analytics and performance tracking.
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency across reports, templates, and shared documents.
• Assist with compiling insights related to lead and campaign performance.
• Document issues, resolutions, and outcomes with the marketing team.
• Support administrative and operational tasks requiring precision and follow-through.
