WRS Health is seeking a Marketing Operations Strategist to develop and execute strategic marketing plans that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. You will build repeatable, measurable marketing systems leveraging HubSpot, AI-driven automation, and data science to transform marketing data into smarter decisions.

You’ll lead campaigns, optimize websites for conversions, and document processes while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Management, Data Analytics, or a related field.

Responsibilities

Design and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with company objectives, target markets, and healthcare IT industry trends.
AI-powered workflows for lead scoring, content generation, audience segmentation, chatbots, and personalization.
Apply statistical analysis, predictive modeling, and attribution modeling to forecast pipeline and measure channel effectiveness.
Manage HubSpot (Marketing, Sales, Service, and CMS Hubs), including automation workflows, processes, and data hygiene.
Build and optimize email marketing programs, forms, landing pages, and website experiences to boost conversion and lead generation.
