Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, design, or related field.
• 4+ years of marketing, content creation, digital marketing, or related function.
• Experience executing campaigns across multiple digital and print channels.
• Experience supporting multiple brands, business units, or portfolio companies is an advantage.
• Experience working with U.S.-based companies or clients is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute the marketing strategy and campaigns across the management company and portfolio companies.
• Create and manage email and SMS marketing campaigns, including copywriting, list segmentation, scheduling, and performance tracking.
• Update and maintain company and property websites with current content, offers, and imagery.
• Create and schedule social media content across platforms, including sourcing and creating images and graphics.
• Develop content designed to engage customers, tenants, investors, and other stakeholders across digital and print channels.
• Design print marketing content and assist in designing print and promotional items, including banners, flyers, signage, and mailers.
