Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication, with strong grammar and the ability to convey complex ideas.
• Willing to work on a night shift schedule and has a reliable internet connection for remote work setup.

Responsibilities

• Contact clients, sales representatives, and their customers by phone, email, or internal ticketing system to collect information.
• Conduct phone interviews and email exchanges with clients to understand their business needs and develop content ideas.
• Create a package of information for internal creative teams to generate compelling online and offline copy.
