ACCE Marketing Corporation is seeking a Client Relations & Marketing Associate to join a dynamic team. The role spans client servicing, influencer marketing, digital campaigns, events, PR, and campaign reporting.

You will manage day-to-day client communications, coordinate with influencers and partners, and assist with campaign proposals and updates. A remote-friendly setup with periodic in-person meetings offers growth across influencer marketing, campaigns, and client management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
• 1–2 years in marketing, client servicing, influencer marketing, PR, events, or related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable communicating with clients and external partners professionally.
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines.
• Proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently in a remote setup.
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
• Good understanding of social media, digital marketing, influencer/KOL marketing, events, and PR.
• Proficient in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and presentation tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day client communication and maintain strong client relationships.
• Coordinate with clients for KOL/influencer marketing, digital campaigns, events, and PR projects.
• Assist in developing campaign proposals, timelines, and client updates.
• Coordinate with KOLs, influencers, talent, suppliers, and other external partners.
• Assist with influencer sourcing, outreach, negotiations, briefing, content coordination, and campaign monitoring.
• Support the planning and execution of events, activations, and PR initiatives.
• Prepare campaign reports, post-campaign reports, client updates, and performance summaries.
• Monitor campaign results and deliverables, consolidate data, and provide insights and recommendations.
• Assist in presenting campaign results and updates to clients when needed.
• Help track project timelines, deliverables, and overall campaign progress.
