Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking a Social Media & Content Specialist to plan, create, and publish engaging content across major social platforms while maintaining brand consistency. The role is remote with a night shift, offering opportunities for growth and collaboration with internal stakeholders.

You will design marketing materials, optimize content with analytics, and stay current with digital marketing trends to drive audience engagement in the Philippines market.

Qualifications

• Experience managing business social media accounts.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar graphic design software.
• Strong content writing, copywriting, and visual storytelling skills.
• Ability to create photo, video, and graphic content that supports brand consistency and marketing goals.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and publish engaging content across social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and other digital channels to strengthen brand awareness and audience engagement.
• Produce compelling visual content, including photos, videos, graphics, and promotional assets that align with the company's brand identity and marketing objectives.
• Design digital and print marketing materials such as social media creatives, event collateral, advertisements, flyers, and promotional campaigns.
• Maintain and update website content to ensure information remains current, visually appealing, and aligned with ongoing marketing initiatives.
• Monitor social media performance by tracking engagement, audience growth, and campaign metrics, using insights to optimize future content strategies.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and execute marketing campaigns, promotional activities, seasonal initiatives, and special events.
• Stay up to date with social media trends, emerging platforms, and digital marketing best practices to continuously improve content performance and audience reach.
