Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd is seeking a Marketing Programs Specialist to coordinate and execute relationship-driven marketing initiatives, including webinars, events with partners, CPD programs, and sponsorships. You will manage calendars, logistics, and processes for consistent execution with limited lawyer time spent on logistics.

You will also support the Director with directory submissions, create new-hire bios, and oversee print collateral and external design.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of marketing experience in an international law firm or similar setting.
• Proven ability to deliver events, webinars, or CPD programs with external partners.
• Experience supporting legal-directory submissions such as Chambers, Legal 500, Best Lawyers.
• Excellent plain-English writing and editing skills.
• Comfort coordinating across time zones and with senior professionals.
• Ability to thrive in a growing organization with evolving processes.
• Strong organizational and project-management skills with independence.

Responsibilities

• Own partner-organization coordination for webinars and joint events, including scheduling and promotion.
• Coordinate venues and CPD providers for ready-to-deliver presentations and accreditation details.
• Manage sponsorships from agreement to completion with deliverables and reporting.
• Oversee a year-round referral partner program and targeted invitations to events and CPD.
• Execute gifting programs, manage mailing lists, and document fulfillment.
• Assist the Director with legal directory submissions and timelines.
• Prepare new-hire bios and arrange headshots in the firm’s visual identity.
• Coordinate print collateral and liaise with external designers for consistency.
• Prepare agendas and reports for monthly marketing meetings; track actions.
