Xogito Group is seeking a dedicated QA Manual Tester to join our quality assurance team for a fixed 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM ET remote schedule. This role targets professionals in Latin America or the Philippines who can commit to the listed hours and contribute to diverse client projects.

You will execute comprehensive manual test plans, design test cases, and collaborate with development teams to ensure software quality.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience in manual software testing
• Strong understanding of STLC and QA processes
• Experience with test management tools and defect tracking systems (JIRA, TestRail)
• Knowledge of functional, regression, integration, UAT, etc.
• Familiarity with agile/scrum methodologies and testing in iterative environments
• Strong documentation skills for test cases and bug reports
• Experience with API testing tools such as Postman

Responsabilités

• Execute comprehensive manual test cases across functional, regression, integration, and UAT
• Design, maintain, and document detailed test cases
• Perform exploratory testing to identify edge cases and usability issues
• Conduct mobile app testing across devices and OS
• Validate UI functionality, usability, and visual consistency
• Perform data validation and database testing
• Collaborate with developers to reproduce and track defects
• Contribute testing insights during planning phases
• Execute API testing using manual tools
• Conduct accessibility testing to WCAG standards
• Perform performance testing from a user perspective
• Manage test environments and coordinate with project timelines
• Generate test reports and communicate status to stakeholders
