Conjointly is seeking a dedicated Manual Quality Assurance Tester for a permanent remote position. The ideal candidate should reside in the time zone between GMT+7 and GMT+12 and be proficient in Russian.

Responsibilities include manual testing across multiple testing types, reporting bugs with detailed use cases, and collaborating with developers to ensure quality before release. The role requires strong testing process understanding, defect analysis, and documentation.

Qualifications

• Must be proficient in the Russian language.
• Understanding the testing process across manuals and automation.
• Ability to analyze defect sources and patterns.
• Experience maintaining comprehensive test documentation.
• Passes interview and completes a test assignment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct manual testing across end-to-end, functional, non-functional and regression areas.
• For junior level: focus on manual integration testing.
• For mid level: perform system and backend testing and mentor juniors.
• Test on devices via third-party service and document results.
• Describe bugs and create use cases for developers to fix; report patterns and defects.
• Assist in improving test efficiency and handle ad-hoc projects as needed.
