Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or business administration preferred.
• 5+ years of progressive leadership in talent acquisition or HR.
• Hands-on with ATS, CRM, AI-based sourcing tools and employer branding.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle talent acquisition strategy across regions.
• Manage a recruiting team and partner with stakeholders.
• Develop scalable recruitment strategies and talent marketing campaigns.
• Ensure SLAs and timely delivery of hiring goals.
