You will manage enquiries, loyalty registration, data handling, and compliance checks while coordinating with logistics and third parties.

Qualifications

• Customer language proficiency (C1) and English (B2) exposure required.
• Strong customer service ethic and ability to understand customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Handle frontline customer enquiries via phone, email, ticketing, live chat and social media.
• Manage retail loyalty customer experience and loyalty data.
• Perform data integrity and admin tasks across internal systems.
• Support digital channels and encourage self-service solutions.

Education

Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business related major) or equivalent experience
