Job summary

Shell Companies in the Philippines is seeking a motivated professional to take full ownership of a customer portfolio, drive improvements for the customer journey, and deliver best-in-class experience.

You will manage end-to-end bid and tender processes, contract management, pricing, and master data maintenance while ensuring data accuracy and regulatory compliance. A background in business or related field and strong English are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Engineering, or related field.
• Good working proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
• Strong communication skills to engage and collaborate with various stakeholders.
• Basic knowledge or exposure to data analytics and digital tools such as Excel, Power BI, Salesforce, or other CRM platforms.
• Interest in customer relationship management and delivering positive customer experiences.
• Understanding or willingness to learn customer-centric design principles.
• Strong attention to detail, especially in data handling and compliance.
• Analytical mindset with interest in business processes and value chains.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of a customer portfolio, driving accountability and communicating improvements for the customer journey to ensure best-in-class customer experience.
• Manage end-to-end bid and tender processes, contract management, pricing, and master data maintenance while ensuring data accuracy, policy adherence, and regulatory compliance.
• Handle Order to Cash activities including order management, touchless support, dispute and credit management, invoice accuracy, timely payments, and resolving customer issues.
• Manage existing customer relationships virtually, analyze P&L reports to identify underperformance, champion the SPANCOP sales process, and provide data-driven sales recommendations.
