Job summary

Shell SBO Manila is seeking a Customer Success Associate to deliver high-quality frontline support for Retail End to End processes. You will engage customers via phone, email, live chat and social media, resolving inquiries and loyalty issues while maintaining data quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience in customer service or operations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media platforms.

Responsibilities

• Handle frontline customer enquiries via calls, emails, ticketing, live chat and social media.
• Resolve loyalty and promotions related queries and complaints within SLAs.
• Maintain data quality and collaborate with internal teams and third-party providers.
• Support digital channels and encourage self-service solutions.
