Job summary

Panoptyc, a fully remote loss-prevention company, is seeking detail-oriented Associate Theft Investigators to analyze surveillance footage from self-service stores and identify potential theft incidents.

You will classify events, document findings, process theft reports, maintain accurate records, and collaborate with teammates. Training is a two-day program, a two-week nesting period, and a commitment of 30–40 hours per week. Flexible hours and full remote setup (WFH) offered.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough analysis of surveillance footage to identify and document theft incidents
• Classify and interpret events in video feeds according to established guidelines
• Process theft reports and maintain accurate documentation
• Collaborate with team members through internal communication channels
• Provide customer support and manage operational tasks as needed
• Update and maintain theft tracking systems
