Job summary

Magic, Inc. is seeking a Fraud Analyst for a freelance, remote position in the Philippines. You will join a growing fraud team supporting 24-hour coverage, reviewing high-risk orders, and making independent decisions.

You should have experience with fraud tools like Shopify, Stripe Radar, Signifyd and Riskified, strong English communication, and flexibility to work non-standard hours. Compensation is $7.00 per hour with a laddered training program.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Fraud Specialist or Fraud Analyst, with hands-on review of high-risk orders and accounts.
• Experience making independent fraud decisions, such as approve, cancel, or expand
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including non-standard hours, to support 24-hour coverage

• Uphold policies and protocols while maintaining customer experience
• Identify fraud patterns and trends to prevent abuse
