The Virtual Loan Advisor at Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI) provides expert guidance on retail loan products through digital and remote channels. The role focuses on converting qualified leads into loan applications by offering personalized advice and clear explanations of terms and benefits.

You will assist clients from inquiry to booking, identify cross-selling opportunities, and work with internal teams to ensure a seamless, compliant loan experience while safeguarding confidential

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any business-related course.
• Minimum of 2 years of sales experience.
• Familiarity with bank products and services; knowledge of sales processes.

Responsibilities

• Proactively contacts clients to initiate loan discussions within the established turnaround time (TAT).
• Reviews client information, verifies documents, and ensures timely submission of compliant loan applications.
• Effectively communicates loan features, benefits, terms, and conditions to support informed decision-making.
• Uses sales techniques to convert leads to loan bookings and cross-sell bank products and services.
• Maintains documentation in line with internal policies and QA standards for compliance and efficiency.
• Collaborates with internal teams to ensure seamless loan servicing and cross-selling.
• Maintains strict confidentiality of client data.
• Performs administrative tasks and other duties as assigned.
