Qualifications

• Strong verbal communication and persuasion skills.
• Detail-oriented with good analytical ability.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Willing to report on-site in Ortigas.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and process loan applications received through digital channels.
• Contact applicants to confirm submitted information and clarify loan details.
• Verify supporting documents and ensure all requirements are complete.
• Assess basic financial information, including existing credit exposure and repayment capacity.
• Input and update customer data accurately in the system.
• Maintain courteous and professional communication with clients at all times.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and documentation standards.
