Job summary

Cast LMS (Buri Technologies, Inc.) is hiring a Product Support and Quality Specialist to assist administrators and learners, answer questions, and resolve issues. This remote-first role involves collaborating with operations and engineering to improve Cast LMS usage and documentation.

You will conduct trainings, create knowledge base content, test new features, and report problems while staying calm and helping customers in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Strong written and spoken English and Filipino.
• Ability to communicate professionally and patiently with customers.
• Good problem-solving skills and curiosity about why something happened.
• Attention to detail and the ability to explain problems clearly.
• Good organization and follow-through.
• Comfort learning and using web-based software.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Occasional in-person meetings/trainings when needed.
• Willingness to learn new tools and processes.
• Preferably with experience in training or LMS usage.

Responsibilities

• Assist administrators who manage Cast LMS deployments and answer customer questions.
• Understand and resolve customer concerns; help learners with access, courses, and completion issues.
• Communicate with customers via email and keep them updated.
• Conduct training online or at a client’s office when needed.
• Create/update help articles, knowledge base, walkthroughs, and guides.
• Test features, verify fixes, and report issues to product/engineering.
