Job summary

MicroSourcing is hiring an LLM Engineer / Prompt Engineer to design, build, and optimize prompts for AI-enabled applications in a fully remote setup based in the Philippines.

You will develop AI-driven solutions such as chatbots and copilots, collaborate with data engineers and developers, and experiment with RAG, prompt strategies, and model tuning to improve accuracy, relevance, and safety across production systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in software development, AI/ML engineering, or NLP-related roles.
• Strong proficiency in Python.
• Experience with LLMs (OpenAI models, open-source LLMs, or similar).
• Understanding of prompt engineering principles and model evaluation techniques.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize prompts and workflows for LLM applications.
• Build and maintain AI-driven solutions such as chatbots, copilots, and intelligent automation systems.
• Evaluate model outputs and implement strategies to improve accuracy, relevance, and safety.
• Collaborate with data engineers and software developers to integrate LLM capabilities into production systems.
• Experiment with model tuning approaches, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and prompt engineering techniques.
