Job summary

Voice AI Solutions is seeking a Prompt Engineer to architect, test, and refine prompts for our AI voice agents and chat interfaces. You will collaborate with developers, AI trainers, and clients to ensure accurate, context-aware conversations that comply with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

The role emphasizes strong linguistics and NLP expertise, hands-on work with LLMs, and a willingness to experiment with prompts, logs, and A/B tests.

Qualifications

• Strong background in linguistics, communications, AI/ML, or computer science (or equivalent practical experience).
• Proven experience working with LLMs or conversational AI platforms.
• Understanding of NLP principles and dialogue management.

Responsibilities

• Design, write, and optimise prompts for conversational AI systems including voice agents and chatbots.
• Translate business requirements into effective conversational flows and dialogue structures.
• Collaborate with developers, linguists, and QA testers to improve AI responses and reduce errors.
