Job summary

Maximum Solutions Corporation is seeking a motivated AI Prompt Engineer to join our team in the Philippines. You will manage and optimize AI prompts and conversation flows, design structured prompts to improve response accuracy, and monitor chatbot performance using logs and dashboards.

You will troubleshoot misclassifications, conduct A/B testing, assist in API integrations, and collaborate with IT, CX, and Product teams to implement cross-functional solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in chatbot platforms / Conversational AI.
• Experience in application support, system integration, or similar technical roles.
• Working knowledge of Conversational AI / chatbot platforms.
• Dialog flow configuration API integrations (REST, JSON).
• Knowledge of NLP/NLU concepts.
• Basic scripting knowledge (JavaScript or similar).
• Familiarity with Generative AI tools (GPT, Azure OpenAI) is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize AI prompts and conversation flows.
• Design structured prompts to improve response accuracy and quality.
• Monitor chatbot performance, logs, and dashboards.
• Troubleshoot issues such as misclassifications, drop-offs, and response inaccuracies.
• Perform A/B testing and continuous improvements based on interaction data.
• Maintain documentation (flows, prompts, configurations).
• Support in building and configuring dialog flows and automation logic.
• Assist in API integrations and backend connections.
• Perform advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
• Support chatbot deployment across multiple platforms and channels.
• Collaborate with IT, CX, and Product teams for solution enhancements.
• Assist in basic development tasks (scripts, configurations).
