Job summary

Technians Softech Pvt Ltd in the Philippines seeks an AI Engineer to design and deploy AI agents, prompts, and automation workflows using LLMs like Claude and ChatGPT. You will build and optimize prompts, integrate APIs, and create robust prompt libraries to support scalable AI applications.

Focus areas include agent-based systems, tool-using LLMs, and RAG designs, with hands-on work on Codex, LangChain, and modern AI tooling.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of relevant experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Prompt Engineering and AI model optimization.
• Experience building or using AI agents (autonomous or semi-autonomous systems).
• Familiarity with AI coding tools like ChatGPT Codex / GitHub Copilot / Claude Code.
• Experience building: Task-based AI agents, multi-step reasoning pipelines and tool-using LLM systems (APIs, databases, web tools).
• Understanding of agent frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI or similar).
• Knowledge of data handling, embeddings, and vector databases.

Responsibilities

• Design and build AI agents and multi-step workflows using LLMs (Claude, ChatGPT, or similar models).
• Develop and optimize prompts for reasoning, coding, and task automation.
• Build and maintain agentic systems (tool-using AI, function calling, workflow automation).
• Work with Claude (Anthropic) for reasoning-heavy tasks and structured outputs.
• Work with ChatGPT / OpenAI models including Codex for code generation and debugging.
• Create reusable prompt frameworks, templates, and prompt libraries.
• Integrate LLM APIs into applications (Python / Node.js / REST APIs).
• Design systems using RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation).
• Build and test AI-driven coding workflows and automation pipelines.
