Qualifications

• Experience in operations, NOC, live operations, or production support is essential.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to recognize patterns are required.
• Familiarity with monitoring and incident management tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor platform systems and live games using observability tools.
• Identify, classify, and escalate incidents based on severity.
• Ensure incidents are tracked, documented, and communicated.
