Job summary

Spreetail is hiring a Listing Health Specialist to ensure our marketplace listings are accurate and compliant. This remote role requires meticulous attention to detail, strong problem-solving, and excellent communication to coordinate with content and merchandising teams across channels.

You will analyze listing trends, set quality standards, and drive improvements in error rates while collaborating with cross-functional teams to uphold content quality and customer experience.

Qualifications

• Experience with Amazon and/or other ecommerce platforms.
• Detail-oriented, problem-solving work, excellent task management and communication skills.
• Successful track record of helping develop, set, manage, and achieve goals as part of a team.
• Strong understanding of consumer behavior and a focus on the customer's experience.
• Able to drive projects independently.

Responsibilities

• Manage and improve the product content listing error workflow by analyzing trends and developing quality standards, checkpoints, and benchmarks.
• Help drive improved listing error and suppression rates across Spreetail’s channels, including the site and marketplaces.
• Support product content audits across departments, especially regarding product content quality standards and other required fields by category.
• Collaborate with product content compliance, acquisition, and copywriting team members to understand and solve Spreetail customer problems within product data and content.
• Communicate all product content quality efforts among stakeholders in a professional manner across marketplaces, channel leads, product content strategists, content compliance, vendor management, and merchandising teams.
