Job summary

Winona in the Philippines seeks an Email Marketing Developer to build, test, and maintain high‑performing email templates in Iterable. This highly technical role centers on HTML/CSS, templating, and QA, connecting marketing strategy with execution.

You will develop modular templates, ensure cross‑client rendering (including dark mode and accessibility), and link Iterable with Make, Zapier, and Circle for automated workflows.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in technical email development and marketing operations.
• Proven experience developing hand-coded, responsive HTML/CSS emails and direct mail HTML templates.
• Experience with Iterable (or comparable ESP) including when to use drag-and-drop vs full HTML.
• Demonstrated track record of building modular, reusable email templates and component libraries.
• Deep knowledge of cross-client rendering, dark mode, mobile responsiveness, and WCAG accessibility.
• Familiarity with low-code automation tools (Make, Zapier) and APIs/webhooks.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain responsive, accessible email templates in Iterable using drag-and-drop and hand-coded HTML/CSS.
• Develop reusable templating systems for consistent campaigns across lifecycle streams.
• Audit, QA, and debug HTML email code for multi‑client rendering and issues.
• Integrate Iterable with Make, Zapier, webhooks, and Circle for automation and workflows.
• Collaborate with designers/strategists to address feasibility and accessibility early.
