Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead Management: Respond to inquiries within 24 hours, manage pipelines, coordinate tours, and convert leads to leases.
• Resident Services: Handle inquiries, requests, and upscale maintenance concerns with excellent customer service.
• Marketing: Maintain and refresh online listings and manage social media (Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
• Reporting: Maintain accurate leasing data, generate reports, and participate in team updates.
