Foundever in the Philippines seeks a Learning Tech Implementation Lead for EverTrainer (powered by Zenarate) to own deployments and post-go-live adoption across regions. This individual contributor role requires hands-on leadership in complex, multi-region implementations with a strong focus on configuration standards and scalable enablement.

You will collaborate with L&D, Operations/Delivery, Customer Success, and technical teams to ensure technically sound solutions that align with learning

Qualifications

• 4+ years in implementation, professional services, learning technology, or SaaS delivery roles.
• Hands-on experience implementing Zenarate / EverTrainer end-to-end.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication across time zones.
• Data-driven mindset with KPIs and adoption metrics to guide decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end EverTrainer implementations across regions, managing timelines, milestones, risks, and stakeholder communication across time zones.
• Own delivery quality for deployments from discovery and configuration through testing, go-live, and hypercare.
• Drive implementation readiness by coordinating inputs (access, environments, content, stakeholders, success criteria) and ensuring go/no-go decisions.
• Support complex, multi-stakeholder deployments and propose solutions within platform capabilities.
• Maintain playbooks, onboarding documentation, and configuration guides for consistency.
• Track key metrics like time-to-go-live, CSAT, and platform adoption; translate insights into actions.
