Job summary

Foundever in Makati is seeking a Learning Designer to create engaging, user-friendly learning solutions using digital software and platforms. You will support the Training Design Manager with development and review of training content and projects.

You will undertake needs analysis from initial consultation through to developing and designing learning solutions, working closely with project teams and stakeholders to ensure training meets learning needs, with attention to due diligence and

Qualifications

• 3-5 years in Learning and Development or digital content creation with portfolio of e-learning modules and video production
• Minimum of 2 years experience using Articulate Storyline 360 & Articulate Rise 360
• Strong understanding of how training is developed, documented, managed and delivered

Responsibilities

• Create effective, engaging learning solutions using digital software and platforms
• Support Training Design Manager with development and review of training content and projects
• Undertake needs analysis from initial consultation through to developing and designing the learning solution
• Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to ensure training content meets learning needs and follows due diligence
• Develop training needs analysis (TNA)
• Design and develop digital learning materials including e-learning modules, online courses, multimedia content, and interactive activities
• Create storyboards, scripts and design documents outlining the learning experience
