Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd is seeking a highly organized Junior Producer to support the execution of video, branded, digital, and publishing projects from pre-production to post-production. You will assist Senior Producers in coordinating production activities, managing schedules and logistics, and communicating with clients and production teams to ensure timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Multimedia Arts, Film, Advertising, Marketing, or related field.
• 1 year of experience in production, media, advertising, or related industries is an advantage.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
• Familiarity with video production processes and workflows.
• Ability to work in a fast paced and collaborative environment.
• Detail oriented with strong problem solving skills.
• Proficient in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and production management tools.
• Willing to work flexible hours and on site during shoots when needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist Senior Producers in managing all stages of video and content production from concept development to final delivery.
• Coordinate production schedules, timelines, logistics, and operational requirements.
• Support communication with clients and ensure project updates are properly relayed.
• Coordinate with talents, crew, suppliers, and clients before, during, and after production.
• Assist in preparing scripts, shot lists, call sheets, production schedules, permits, and other production documents.
• Organize and maintain production assets, project files, footage, and creative materials.
• Provide on site production support to ensure smooth and efficient shoot execution.
• Help manage production workflows and ensure deadlines and deliverables are met.
• Assist in monitoring post production progress including editing, revisions, approvals, and final outputs.
• Support multiple agency and publishing projects while maintaining production quality standards.
• Ensure proper documentation, file management, and archiving of production materials.
• Perform other production related tasks assigned by Senior Producers or management.
