Job summary

PLACE is a technology and business services platform supporting real estate teams. Brivity VA, a brand of PLACE, seeks a self-starting Lead Generation Specialist to advocate for clients through lead generation and management.

Responsibilities include optimizing Brivity CRM, daily prospecting from various sources, responding to new leads, and nurturing them until appointments are set, with a focus on meeting conversion benchmarks and performance targets.

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• Prior telemarketing experience is preferred but not required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize Brivity CRM to improve client operations, including lead generation and database management.
• Prospect for new clients daily from multiple lead sources via calls, chats, or emails.
• Respond to incoming leads from internet sources, referrals, sign calls, etc., via phone, chat, or email.
• Input information into the database and implement an effective touchpoint mechanism for leads.
• Conduct lead follow-up and nurture until appointments are set via phone, chat, or email.
• Measure conversion ratios and meet performance benchmarks.
