Job summary

Better Tomorrow Ventures is seeking a meticulous KYC Operations Associate for a 6-month contract. You will support day-to-day KYC and investor verification tasks across our investment platform, ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance in a structured, deadline-driven environment.

The role is fully remote, based in the Philippines, with overlapping US business hours. You will work with operations and compliance teams, perform identity verification, EDD reviews, and maintain audit-ready

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in KYC/AML operations, compliance support, or related back-office roles.
• Familiarity with CIP, CDD/EDD, beneficial ownership, sanctions/PEP screening (or interest to learn).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures accurately.
• Discretion with sensitive information and excellent written/verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily KYC review tasks within workflow queues per procedures.
• Perform identity verification and CDD/EDD checks on investors; collect and validate docs.
• Review formation docs, ownership structures to identify beneficial owners.
• Conduct sanctions, PEP, and adverse media screening per SOPs; document dispositions.
