Job summary

Paysera in the Philippines is seeking a Junior Due Diligence and Analysis Specialist for weekend shifts to support KYC/AML processes.

You will validate documents, manage questionnaires, and assist in ongoing sanctions checks while collaborating with teams and using AI tools to improve efficiency.

The role requires at least 1 year in KYC/AML, English fluency, and strong analytical skills; hybrid work options and health benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in the KYC/AML field.
• Hands-on experience with natural client questionnaires and documentation.
• Strong background in end-to-end Retail CDD processes, including onboarding, periodic reviews, and event-driven reviews.
• Fluency in English.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to adapt and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• High sense of responsibility and a positive attitude.
• Proven experience with AI tools to enhance productivity.
• Reliable internet connection with a minimum speed of 35mbps.
• Availability to work during weekends and rotating shifts.

Responsibilities

• Validate personal documents and KYC questionnaires for natural clients.
• Ensure continuous KYC processes for new and existing clients.
• Manage and respond to KYC-related client inquiries, enhancing client satisfaction.
• Assist in monitoring and implementing international sanctions and restrictive measures.
• Provide KYC-related advice and support to other departments as needed.
• Work with partners on country-specific KYC requirements.
• Utilize AI tools to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
