Job summary

Emapta Philippines is seeking a Kinaxis Material Planner to advance supply planning for international operations. You will review material requirements, manage exceptions, and collaborate with global stakeholders while leveraging Kinaxis, MRP concepts, and inventory optimization.

This full-time, permanent WFH role offers a night shift and weekends off, with a competitive salary up to PHP 120,000 and extensive benefits as described in the posting.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Kinaxis experience in materials, supply, production, or related planning environments.
• Experience working with international clients, suppliers, or stakeholders in supply chain planning.
• 3–5 years of experience in materials or supply planning roles.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field; practical experience accepted.

Responsibilities

• Review weekly material requirements and convert signals into PO decisions (release/reschedule/expedite/cancel).
• Track supplier commitments and schedule performance, addressing delivery risks.
• Address planning exceptions within service levels and coordinate recovery actions.
• Raise capacity, lead-time, and yield concerns outside thresholds with recommended steps.
• Monitor stock coverage and inventory health; maintain safety stock within governance.
• Flag excess or obsolete inventory early and support corrective action planning.
• Update safety stock parameters and justify E&O actions with quantified impact.
• Contribute to S&OE reviews by sharing material risks and recovery plans.
• Keep planning data current by reviewing lead times, MOQs, lot sizes, and master data inputs.
• Monitor OTIF, PO timing, E&O movement, aging, turns, and days of supply as needed.
