Sharesource Australia BPO Corporation is hiring a Junior Data Analyst to maintain client and asset data, support data migration, and keep records up to date. The role focuses on Excel and data cleanup and suits someone comfortable with large data volumes and following established processes.

The position is 6 months, project-based with potential for regularization. It is remote but based locally in the Philippines, with standard Manila time hours (7:00 AM–4:00 PM).

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in data entry or data analysis, or a fresh graduate with data-related experience.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy when working with data.
• Comfortable with spreadsheets, databases, and online systems.
• Able to identify missing or incomplete data and follow established processes.
• Organised and able to manage multiple data-related tasks and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update asset lists, inventory records, product information, and new client setups.
• Review information in internal systems to identify incomplete data fields.
• Assist with data migration activities following new client acquisitions.
• Upload client reports and information to third-party portals.
• Ensure data is entered accurately and consistently across systems.
• Support general administrative and data-related tasks as required.
• Provide support with quoting activities as the role develops.
