Job summary
Quantrics is hiring a Junior Automation DevOps Engineer (Work from Home) to join our IT operations team. You will manage Jira Service Desk tickets, monitor system and application alerts, and support development and deployment pipelines using GitLab CI/CD on Red Hat Linux.
You will collaborate with developers and other technical teams to resolve issues, automate common tasks, and improve service stability. A bachelor’s degree and at least 1 year of hands-on experience with DevOps tools are
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 1+ year of experience with GitLab and CI/CD pipelines.
- 1+ year of experience with Jira and Confluence.
- 1+ year of experience on Red Hat Linux.
- Experience supporting automation, development pipelines, and service desk operations.
Responsibilities
- Manage Jira Service Desk tickets to support timely resolution of requests.
- Respond to tickets to maintain efficient support delivery.
- Monitor system and application alerts to identify issues and ensure continuity.
- Investigate tickets and alerts to determine actions and next steps.
- Coordinate with technical teams to resolve system and app issues.
- Prioritize activities based on severity and business impact.
