Job summary

Questronix Corporation in the Philippines is hiring a junior IT Helpdesk specialist to provide Level 1 support for system access, connectivity, and basic issues. You will monitor servers, applications, and performance, and assist in maintaining IT infrastructure including networks and cloud environments.

You will also help with CI/CD pipelines like Jenkins, deployments, updates, and backups, while documenting configurations and troubleshooting guides.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in IT/CS/CE or related field.
Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of relevant experience.
Basic knowledge of Linux or Windows server environments.
Familiarity with networking concepts (IP, DNS, firewalls).
Basic scripting knowledge (Bash, Python or PowerShell) is a plus.
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
Good communication skills and willingness to handle both helpdesk and infra tasks.

Responsibilities

Provide Level 1 helpdesk support for system access, connectivity, and basic technical issues.
Monitor servers, applications, and system performance.
Assist in maintaining IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and cloud environments.
Help maintain and troubleshoot CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins).
Assist with deployment processes, system updates, and backups.
Document system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guides.
Work closely with the engineering team to improve automation and operational efficiency.
