PHINMA Property Holdings Corporation in the Philippines seeks an experienced accounting professional to maintain accuracy of financial records and reconcile bank ledgers. You will analyze variances, prepare journal entries, and support payroll and remittance processes.

The role collaborates with multiple departments to ensure timely financial operations and compliance with internal controls. Attention to detail, 3+ years of general accounting, and proficiency in Excel/ERP are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or a related field.
• At least 3 years of progressive experience in general accounting
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems/ERP platforms.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities.
• Good communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Perform bank reconciliation
• Track down and resolve unmatched transactions, bank fees, unrecorded deposits, or outstanding checks
• Prepare and post month-end adjusting, accrual, and error correction journal entries.
• Prepare monthly bank reconciliation reports
• Record payroll entries in Oracle
• Process government remittances
• Process the approval of payroll funding
• Other task that maybe assigned from time to time
