Job summary

Total Fitouts Sunshine Coast South is seeking an experienced architectural drafter to collaborate with Australian designers and project estimators on architectural and construction documentation. This role goes beyond tracing; you will understand drawings, interpret mark-ups, and have the confidence to ask questions when something seems off.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' professional architectural drafting experience.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Good written and spoken English.
• Ability to interpret PDF and Bluebeam mark-ups.
• Ability to work independently and manage deadlines.
• Reliable internet and computer equipment.
• Ability to work during Queensland, Australia business hours.

Job description

You will work directly with Australian designers and project estimators, assisting them with the production and development of architectural and construction documentation. This is not simply a tracing role. You will understand drawings and construction, interpret mark-ups, notice when something doesn't look right and be confident enough to ask questions.
