Qualifications

• 3+ years in IT support or a similar role.
• Proficient with Windows and Mac operating systems.
• Experience with Server 2016–2025.
• Familiar with virtualization technologies (VMware/Hyper-V).
• Experience with Azure cloud services.
• Proficient in MS Entra Admin Center.
• Excellent English communication, written and spoken.
