Intelligent Technical Solutions is seeking a collaborative System Administrator to provide remote IT support, handle system updates, and troubleshoot issues for clients. You will maintain servers, virtualization, and on-call after-hours support, ensuring high standards of service.

The role requires 3+ years in IT Support, Windows/Mac OS troubleshooting, and experience with Server 2016–2025, VMware/Hyper-V, Azure, and M365. Strong English and NBI clearance for PH applicants are preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years IT support experience.
• Windows and Mac OS troubleshooting.
• Experience with Server 2016–2025.
• VMware/Hyper-V virtualization.
• Experience supporting Azure.
• Proficient in Microsoft Entra Admin Center.
• Strong English communication.
• Able to work EST hours (8:30–5:30).
• NBI Clearance for PH applicants.

Responsibilities

• Resolve workstation OS issues.
• Troubleshoot printers and business apps.
• Address SAGE ERP/QuickBooks issues with vendor support.
• Support M365 admin tasks.
• Maintain servers and virtualization environments.
• Assist with basic networking troubleshooting.
• Serve as escalation point for technicians.
• Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours/weekend support.
